Hmmm, I just ran some experiments looks using a TV_RX pointed at a
pretty dead spot on the band (403M).  Everything looks good with the
exception of the decim = 10 case.

Using the checked in usrp_fft.py are you still getting the "swoopy"
looking signals, or does it look pretty flat for all but dec = 10?
