Which version of Lineage OS?
I'm running RF Analyzer (com.mantz_it.rfanalyzer) on LineageOS 14.1.2
with my HackRF using a Nexus 5x. I run it with sampling rate of 10 MHz.

Okay, good - grc is all I need. Thanks. I'll take look at requirements
for SoapySDR.

It's complaining about Qt widgets - which I have no interest in fixing.
I'm running 3.7.12-git.
The only thing I install from backports is firmware.
