Announcing GNUstep Core Release 0.6.7:

GNUstep is a free, object-oriented development environment,
consisting of libraries which implement the basic functionality of most
common applications, as well as various tools to support the
developement and execution of applications.

The GNUstep core libraries are a set of general-purpose Objective-C
libraries based on the OpenStep standard developed by NeXT (now Apple)
Inc. The libraries consist of everything from foundation classes, such
as dictionaries and arrays, to GUI interface classes such as windows,
sliders, buttons, etc.

GNUstep Core consists of the following packages:

ffcall-1.6b (prerequisite)
libobjc-0.9.0 (prerequisite)
gnustep-make-0.9.1
gnustep-base-0.9.1
gnustep-gui-0.6.7
gnustep-xgps-0.6.7

The source as well as rpms are (or soon will be) available at the
GNUstep ftp
site (ftp://ftp.gnustep.org/pub/gnustep). See the GNUstep website
(http://www.gnustep.org), the Download and Documentation sections, for
additional information.

----

This is a developer release meant to update the packages to conform to
the
new gnustep-make structure. It was sanity checked by compiling and
running
a simple application, but is otherwise untested.

Send bug reports and/or comments to bug-gnustep@gnu.org

P.S. At least in the short term, I need someone who can generate i386
rpms.
