So what do you expect them to do? If Darwin has patented source the dumbass who 
added it isn't going to be sued, Apple is going to be sued.

I mean DUH! How the HELL are you going to prove source isn't a patent unless 
Apple represents the Darwin developer IN COURT?!

Geez you people are so unrealistic.
