I think window deletion should be physically separated from the window
manipulation
buttons, because it irrevocable (or perhaps we should go the Windows route
of popping
up a dialog box to ask you if you "really want to close this window" -
NOT!).

Another thing I miss from Openstep is a mini document icon in the titlebar
which
allows you to drage the file represented by the document into another
application
