I do not understand, why you bather so much? ObjC++ does no harm at all to ObjC. It never has. ObjC remains the same as before and if you only want to program in ObjC, then you strictly don't remark anything at all from the C++ part. You might even don't know, if there's a C++ part. So what's the problem?
Of course, you can also write a C wrapper to use C++ libraries. Or you can port the C++ library to ObjC. If you have the time to do so (and also follow its evolution). And, please do it. I'm always happy having more ObjC libraries to choose from. Me too, I prefer having everything in ObjC. Just, honnestly, I do strictly not have the time for such exercises. It's just so great, being able, to reuse a good library instead of writing it yourself. Reusability is at the heart spirit of OO, though.
