Where do we get apple improvements? is it on the apple developer website?
Depends on what you mean by "apple improvements".Apple GCC + Apple runtime: http://developer.apple.com/darwin/tools/cvs/howto.html
This is only of interest for Darwin platforms I believe. Or maybe: FSF GCC + FSF (GNU) runtime: http://gcc.gnu.org/cvs.html You may be interested in: objc-improvements-branchThis branch was originally used to merge Objective-C bug fixes and enhancements from Apple Computer into the FSF tree; this has now been completed. Presently, the purpose of the branch is to implement the Objective-C++ language in the FSF GCC source tree. The message thread starting here(follow the link above for the real link) describes this at more length. This branch is being maintained by Zem Laski <zlaski@apple.com>.
But I'd only suggest that if you're into gcc hacking. Note that if you're looking for the Java-like extensions then you have to use the apple runtime. (And probably the apple gcc.)
Cheers, David
