It's a data point. Take it into account or ignore it as you please.

It is unquestionably "a complaint", but the complaint wasn't it's main
purpose; I posted it to provide you with /my/ point of view. I thought you
might find it interesting because I judged my frame of reference to be
different from yours (and I'm adressing the generic plural here). :-)
