Looks mostly OK, but instead of referring to .emacs.d, use the variable
`user-emacs-directory' or the function `locate-user-emacs-file'.

Also, the current description, "load all Emacs Lisp files in given
directories", is too vague; if you could improve it, that would be good.
It should be stated more clearly, there and in the commentary, that
installing this package alters Emacs startup, by updating
after-init-hook to load all files in the specified directory.
