We want to ask him to officially give the admin privilege to another
member of project 'url', because he is not responding to e-mails. I
can do it myself, but it would be fair to try to notify him first.

I do not think it is worth the pain now; given that 'url' is being
merged in Emacs, the project 'url' is not needed anymore.
It would cleaner, though, if the project description were updated, or
if the project 'url' were now redirecting to the 'emacs' project.
