get-lru-window should mention what lru stands for

Presumably, "lru" stands for "least recently used". That should be
mentioned in the doc string, to avoid confusion. (We should still say
that "used" means selected.)
In GNU Emacs 22.0.96.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
