[emacs-wiki-discuss] planner-log-edit work-alike for psvn?

Hi all,

I like what planner-log-edit does in recording commit mesages to plan
pages and I'm wondering if anyone has created something similar that
works with psvn.el.

And if not, if someone has a suggestion for putting something
together.  After looking through psvn.el, I'm concerned that there
isn't a hook that I can tie into that gets called after a commit.
