[emacs-wiki-discuss] Linking nnml backend gnus articles?

Just came across planner.el the other day -- as a ~20-year emacs
addict with some organization issues, this puppy rocks!  Queue up
sixty zillion tasks -- with context -- for way too many projects, but
sweep them all under the rug and just look at the next task or two at
a time.  And never leave emacs again!

However, I'm having trouble following links from tasks to gnus
articles.  Below is a backtrace; this happened in today's page, when I
tabbed to a link to a test email (from/to me), and hit return.

I'm using the nnml backend; looks like the link goes back to my isp's
email server (mx0.connact.com) as if it were a posting to a news
group.  (I'm not currently on a news server, so can't test a real news
post.)

This is on Win98; I don't see any relevant shadows when I run
list-load-path-shadows.  (Though I am running w3, not w3m -- but it
looks like the original article url link information gets extracted from
the headers using the gnus api, not w3, anyway)
