One way to easily pick up a hyperlink is to open the file in question
and do M-x planner-annotation-as-kill . (Note that this gets the
position URI now instead of just the filename. You can change this
behavior by customizing planner-annotation-functions and deleting the
-with-position part.)

When you figure out what the hyperlink should look like, then you can
usually figure out how to type other hyperlinks to similar resources.
For example, bbdb hyperlinks...
