[emacs-wiki-discuss] muse code highlighting

Since I'd like to colorize code snippets in muse-published HTML files, I
adopted http://www.daimi.au.dk/~terryp/tp-ew-highlight.el to work under muse.
(It is the file that I had used with emacs-wiki before it had srctag
support.).

This won't work if you want publish to any other formats.  It would be nice to
have other formats treated the customized tags the same as <example> but I'm
not sure how to do that.
