Log message:
* Used absolute (rather than relative) coordinates for control map line
drawing during pic drawing (a)
* Properly bounded iteration over SCI1 resource type flags (or whatever
they are) in SCI1 resource map loading (b)
* const-ed two parameters for the gcc-style SCIkwarn implementation (c)

(a) has the potential to fix a couple of walkability issues, plus mayube
some memory corruption. (b) makes valgrind happy, and (c) makes gcc happy.
Well, a bit happier, anyway.
