  COPY := copy
  CONFIG_MK := config.mk

  ...

  @$(COPY) $(subst /,\,$(CONFIG_RULES) $(CONFIG_MK)) > nul

CONFIG_RULES is a unix-like file name like `build/dos/ansi.mk'
(everything lower case).
