Not that I know, but maybe it would be a better idea to submit it to:
address@hidden or maybe Bob Chassell <address@hidden> would have a
better idea who can help evaluate it.  The current evaluation team is
for software evaluation.

I would suggest also copying GNU Volunteer Coordinators <address@hidden>.
