Basically, this library thing is part of a wider reaching project being
promoted by the Open Source Academy.  I've a member the OSA, and I'm
also seeking a meeting with Les Timms, the local government chap behind
the library roll-out.

Later today I'll play on the machines in the central library, and let
people know what happens.
