[glob2-devel] improved IRC.cpp

    I  improved the file  IRC.cpp

   now every time you connect to YOG with nickname  "nick", you wil see
   yorself as "nick"
    everyine on yog will see you as "nick"
    but everyone on irc will see you as "[YOG]nick"

    i only nead someone to update the cvs, the new file is here:

    its simple but it took me some time because im new to c language and
    i wanted to be sure its done well...
