[glob2-devel] unit to building allocation system rewrite

NCT and I, are currently rewriting the unit to building. It's far from achieved.
We some of the code is in CVS. For now, the code compile and behaves like
previously. Just don't try to fix it, it's not working yet.

Secondly, at some time we may be forced to commit some non-compiling or
non-working code. But we would warn you before this, and we try to make such
inconvenience as short as possible. There is a chance this to happen next week.
