Hello,
In order to improve the tutorial, I've changed the default SGSL wait behaviour
for buildings: it now waits for condition for specified level *and higher*
level. I've added the "only" keyword to restrict to the specified level.
This should remove blocks in the tutorial. If people could test, it would be
great.
I'm updating the wiki to reflect the change.
