I haven't had time to confirm it but I think according to the rules the GPL thing must be in every file included under the GPL or else people may take those files and use them for their own comercial thing. Not completely sure and someone who has the time might want to check it out.

i am not a lawer but if this block has any implications we should care to get it
right and from a code point of view put it in one place and if necessary
reference it from all those files.
