[glob2-devel] GPL / (c) - Header

hi list,

we have almost the same header [1] in 461 files. Is that really needed? Also do
we agree to have only 2 copyright holders and only for the years 2001-2004?
What's the relevance of this info after all? Do all the other authors from the
project's history have less rights on this project than stephane and 
luc-olivier?
i am not a lawer but if this block has any implications we should care to get it
right and from a code point of view put it in one place and if necessary
reference it from all those files.
