[Gnash-dev] Upgrade tree.hh to latest version?

At the moment libbase/tree.hh is version 2.65 dated 2009-04-03, while
the latest version of that library is verion 2.81 dated 2011-08-23.  I
suggest we upgrade if it do not cause any new testsuite errors, to
ensure we have the latest fixes and the correct upstream URL in the
file.  The new upstream is <URL: http://tree.phi-sci.com/ >.

Any objections?
