Yes it does.
tla | 1.0.6-2 | unstable | source, alpha, arm, hppa, i386, ia64,
m68k, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, sparc
And in http://people.debian.org/~asuffield/arch/ you should find
version 1:20030908-1, which definitely sorts higher than 1.0.6-2.
