It is, in some sense, a "Guile correctional".

Yes.

Yes (key word _possible_), but the design is such that mostly you
won't feel like reaching for them, hence it is not a priority to
implement them.  To put it vaguely, there's a firmer "firewall"
between Pika and an application in which it is embedded than Guile
had.
