Well, I certainly find it convenient to be able to use version control
systems as an approximation to distributed file systems, with proper
conflict handling. The history information is a welcome benefit.
I know that there are other tools for that, but keep in mind that I'm
just trying to discover why tla doesn't like me, although I often
think that *I* should like it. 8-)
