I think we're done with the SSH thing. I removed the old `ssh'
compile-time option and added `ssh-type' and `ssh-binary' instead.
Therefore, one can now choose a default SSH implementation at
configuration time, using `./configure --with-ssh-type=X
--with-ssh-binary=Y'. By default, `lsh' and `lshc', respectively, are
chosen. This all appears in patch-13 of my branch.

Note that adding an auto-detection script to package-framework's
`auto-conf-lib' would actually be quite trivial but I haven't done it
(we can live without it IMO).

To sum up: the implementation goes from patch-10 from patch-13,
inclusive, of my `tla--devo--1.3' branch --- I know, I should have set
up another branch for that purpose. ;-)

Thanks,
Ludovic.
