At this time:

ArchLinux (open source) / Parabola (libre)
ISO                     / ISO
Repository              / Repository
AUR                     / PUR

They have also ArchHurd ... some of our "hacker" love to have a ParaHurd
... but at this time (personnal point of view that some agree) we need
more hackers. (~corresponding to your previsions)
