If we could work in plain text for the time being that would be 
great.  If so then I would suggest that Mark take the comments as 
best as possible and merge them into the text from the web site, then 
forward the new file to me.  I will put the file to the web site. 
Any items that are not obvious and agreed to should have both options 
left in the text until we reach a decision.

I can be really responsive at getting a new version posted to the web 
site for review provided I don't have to edit.  I simply don't have 
the time right now.

Of course alternate suggestions are welcome.
