[gnugo-devel] new test cases

Two new testcases:

I've fixed the second one locally, and will send in with some other tuning
stuff after a full regression.  Fix commented below.  The first error was 
really huge.  (BTW, public32.com, including my incoming e-mail and the 
regressions are currently off-line).  Thank goodness for web access to
the discussion group!

The referenced game needs to be added from the recent NNGS game site.
