After discussing the patch with Gunnar on NNGS, I made one more
version. Posted as arend_5_1.2c.

Changes this time:
- WHITE_BORDER etc. got retired (we can just use WHITE/BLACK/...).
- enum's reorganized
- no longer defs.h
- board library no longer dependent on gnugo.h (that means e.g. that
  WHITE etc. are now defined in board.h)
