I think this would be useful. It would be possible to compare different versions of gnugo. For instance, there is running a cosmicgnu on KGS with the --cosmic option enabled.

The rank graph seems to confirm that the cosmic version is a bit weaker.

There is also gnugocvs.

I think a collection of these links might promote people to assist in evaluation of different versions. This page could suggest specific versions to be run that would
help development.
