[gpsd-users] Building on Raspian Jessie

Hello list!
I am trying to build GPSD on my Raspberrypi 2 with Jessie. uname -a returns

Linux raspi-a 4.1.6-v7+ #810 SMP PREEMPT Tue Aug 18 15:32:12 BST 2015 
armv7l GNU/Linux

cat /etc/issue gives
Raspbian GNU/Linux 8 \n \l

when I run scons check I get the following error:

I first tried on raspberry with Wheezy but this comes with an old scons 
version so I decided to upgrade.

Is this normal? Do you see a workaround?
