libgnome, gnomecanvas, libgnomeui bindings

I have bindings for libgnome, gnomecanvas, and libgnomeui in my copy. I
tried to commit them today, but the server was cracked apparently and
not responding to CVS. Just an FYI.

The bindings are pretty minimal, I won't lie ;)  But they're improvable.
There were some other bugfixes as well. I hope to get everything in
before I go on holiday.

In other news, the guile-gnome project submission has some
administrative problems on the savannah side of things. There's a
support request in, but I think maybe they have more important things to
think of these days...
