I have been trying to work with the GNU libraries and developed an
interface through matlab mex files. There seems to be a 64-bit
compatbility issue. I can run my program successfully on a 32-bit
computer but have issues (cannot find a feasible solution) on a 64-bit
computer. Are there any known compatibility issues, and do you know how
I might get around this issue?
