Whether someone else uses the arrow keys to move, or C-f/b/n/p doesn't 
really affect me, but I will say that there is a second Control key on 
your keyboard for a reason.  If you do chording with the opposite hand 
(right Control for f/b and left Control for n/p) than the "ergonomic" 
problem goes away.
