I zero-ed the usb sticks again (dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdb bs=4M
oflag=direct) to make sure there is no bootloader or other things
interfering. Did a complete fresh debootstrap again (from an other live
usb stick (/dev/sda).

Installed my system with grub etc (I done this procedure many times).

I ran the bootinfoscript from within my chroot.
