[help-texinfo] Re: "\input texinfo" in printed output?

The problem has been resolved.
One of the debian tex maintainers, Julian, figured out that
the extra "\input texinfo" was coming from the my-bib-macro.texi file.
Commenting out that line in that file fixes the problem.
