[iiwusynth-devel] More updates to Swami CVS

I just committed some changes to CVS for libsoundfont and Swami. Of
particular importance is a fixed bug in libsoundfont that affected
loading new samples (they wouldn't load that is). Here is a summary of
the changes:

Piano key mapping preferences, Save/Save As works on menu, add selected
files works for Patch loading, quit confirm works again, fixed stuck
notes with virtual keyboard, added a properties widget for instrument
zones for setting root key override, exclusive class, fixed note, and
fixed velocity. Fixed sample disk buffer read/write bug in libsoundfont.
