With this configuration I get farther.  Wortel now says:

Wortel: error: task-mod (0x1ff000 - 0x20d57b) conflicts with memory of
type (2/0) (0x200000 - 0x24bfff)  

This may be b/c I'm using pistachio-0.3 and that's where I relocated the
kernel.  (It was too big to fit where it was in the first place.)  I
will try with pistachio-0.2 and let you know.
