With Pistachio-0.3 I moved the kernel up to 0x100000 + 0x400 (instead of
0x200) and it also works fine.  I still get the exclamation point, tho.


Where do I go from here?  Is there documentation on what needs to be
done?  I'd really like to help out here, if possible.
