do you know any ubuntu user which have installed the os using
only free software repos and also the linux-libre kernel? 
how many in percent? 
and, if it makes ubuntu as free as debian, why do not they have
installed debian directly?

if you meant debian is not completely free (either respect to the FSF
guidelines or respect to my personal opinion), I agree: debian installs
a "libre" kernel and from the main repo since squeeze
(http://www.debian.org/News/2010/20101215), and till today has a
'non-free' repo which can be very easily enabled by users...
