Yes, really, at last it happened... :-)

With this release, I'm making the Arch repository of GNU lightning public:

The branches are:
- lightning--devo--1.2, synced with the CVS repository on Savannah
- lightning--stable--1.2, which is, well, stable.

Actually I don't expect much development to happen in the near future 
that cannot be made on both branches.
