I've written a section for the manual, along with links to the
markup-definition pages and the grob-properties pages.

However, when I tried to build it using make-web, it didn't work at
all.  After spending more time than I had available trying to
successfully build the documentation, I decided to see if I could get
somebody else who has more experience with the documentation to help me.

I've attached a patch file for the proposed changes, which put the fret
diagram information in the Popular music section.  I've probably messed
up on my tags or some such thing.  Anyway, if somebody could try
applying this patch and building the documentation, I'd appreciate it.
