IIRC the only thing we have in winds.itely is a link to a single
snippet about half-hole recorder playing. Or something like that.
It's really a section that should have attention from a wind
player -- or at very least a professional
composer/arranger/orchestrator who is familiar with their notation
and desires.
If we can't find anybody willing to do this... or at the very
least, any wind player who's willing to talk to a member of the
doc team to get stuff in there... then I propose that we just
ignore this section.
