That sounds great to me.

I don't know if we could manage this, i.e. keeping the top website
menu for the docs.

The navbar for the main website uses an absolute positioned
div#tocframe, and the TOC for the docs uses the same technique.

They currently have the same "id", but that's not a problem.  I am
just worried about the CSS positioning problems this would pose.  The
docs layout was more difficult to code than the new website layout.

...and unfortunately, the docs layout is currently broken in IE8.  I
need to take a look at that.  :-)

I think the License would be more appropriate in "Download".
