Good reasons.  Quite apart from the positioning, there's the
question of whether (that instance of) texi2html knows all the
node names.

The 1990s solution would be to put the manuals inside a frame, but
that's an awfully "netscape navigator 4"-type solution.  So, in
other words, not a solution at all.  :)

Let's keep the top-left "Back to Documentation" link, then.
