Yes, I started a build from scratch a couple of days ago, and I much
appreciate the improved logging. Thanks, Jan!
The two logs I was just comparing were
darwin-ppc/log/cross/gcc.log
darwin-ppc/log/cross/gcc.log.20090930-153622
One difference that might be of significance are this line (leaving
irrelevant information out with [...]):
GCC 4.1.1:
Fixing headers into [...] gcc-4.1.1/gcc/include [...]
GCC 4.3.2:
Fixing headers into [...] gcc-4.3.2/gcc/include-fixed [...]
Though this might just reflect a change in the build procedure between
4.1.1 and 4.3.2.
